President and CEO J. Michael Carr serves as Pioneer Railcorp's President and CEO, and is a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Carr is the senior executive over Pioneer Railcorp's eight departments. Before joining Pioneer in 1993, Mr. Carr worked in public accounting and banking for seven years, most recently as Controller for United Federal Bank of Peoria, Illinois. Mr. Carr is a certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a BS-Accounting from Illinois State University (Normal, Illinois.)
